Once home to the revolutionary discoveries of Bell Labs, this iconic setting became the backdrop for a transformative four-day collaboration. As a fast-growing home remodeling company, Victory needed smarter, scalable processes to support its expansion. Our goal? The significance of working in Bell Works wasn’t lost on us. Bell Labs, often called “the Idea Factory”, has been the birthplace of some of the most groundbreaking inventions of the modern era. The transistor, which paved the way for all modern electronics, was invented here. So was the laser, fiber optic communications, and the UNIX operating system. Even the foundations of the Big Bang Theory were confirmed by scientists working within these walls. Being surrounded by this legacy of discovery fueled our own drive for innovation throughout the week.
